Tyrel and HorsesHorsesRunning

Some days you’re more in love than other days. You’re overwhelmed with love for your spouse. You’re overflowing with happy feel good feelings. Today was a day like that. It reminded me of this day, and Mom and Dad’s in MT, watching the horses run while the sun was setting, and mostly watching my husband take pictures. I always love getting our photos back on the computer and comparing how we each capture the same moment. Enjoy!

IMG_2709-2I have this crazy beautiful daughter who just turned one! This was a few months ago.. But every time I look at her, I am reminded of how much she has grown and how time continues to fly by. She’s such a happy girl who smiles and laughs while she grabs your face for kisses and embraces. I’m happy to share this one with you.

Found this guy on a walk through Clear Creek Trail in Silverdale, WA.. He’s a beauty. I didn’t feel like cropping or editing this one, I think today I needed a reminder that Nature and Wildlife are beautiful just the way we find them. We don’t need to manipulate colors or recreate contexts to express it. As the rain starts to roll in here in WA, I find myself socializing less with other people and connecting more to the world around us. I was happy to be there to capture this one.

Spent the weekend hiking out at Fort Flagler on Marrowstone – “A Tiny Island Nation Slightly Off The Coast Of America..”

A couple of the things I married into… Montana and Country Music. Today was a love filled day. We danced in the kitchen making supper while all three kids played together in the living room. We had such an amazing trip this summer, and are slowly but surely getting these pictures up. Every time I undertake the project I find another tweak that needs to be done, so know that this is a work in progress.

Thompson Falls State Park, Thompson Falls, MT  (24mm – 1/40 sec at f/10 – ISO 100) I almost never push my photos this far in post, however; I went down the rabbit hole with this one and I could not climb back out!

We spent the morning on the beaches of Ediz Hook in Port Angeles, Washington. It’s amazing to have such fond memories of a place, and for them only to continue growing..
